IMEd vs ben nevis

Snowdon 2015

scafell pike 2016

pen-y-fan 2017

cadair idris 2018...

On Friday 20th September 2019 IMed will be setting off to climb Ben Nevis, the tallest peak in the UK, to raise money for water tanks in Gaza and Yemen. We're teaming up with ISRA-UK to raise funds for this most vital commodity that is often overlooked.

Event timings:

⁃ Departure at 11pm from Med School (food will be provided for the first evening)

⁃ Arrival at 9am at Fort Williams

⁃ Begin climbing at 10am

⁃ Complete the climb by 8pm

⁃ Depart from Ben Nevis at 9pm

⁃ Arrive at Med School at 7am

The registration cost for this trek is £50 and we're asking all our participants to raise £250 to meet our collective target of £15000.

Please note, Ben Nevis is one of the toughest mountains to climbs in the UK. This trip will not be easy and is tougher than Cadair Idris. All participants will need to ensure they rest on the coach as best as possible and be prepared physically for this trek as well as bringing the necessary equipment and gear, details of which will be posted.

Through your donations, we can help to make a difference to our brothers and sisters around the world who are suffering right now.
